Palomino
Palomino is a white grape variety originally from southern Spain normally used to make Sherry. A unique, typically a more dry wine with a salty palate and hints of mushroom; almonds and lemon. Its a light-bodied wine with medium to high acidity that pairs well with aperitifs; olives; almonds; dried fruit and chocolate.
