Sylvaner
Also known as Silvaner. Mainly grown in Germany and Alsace France. Characterised by their clean, straightforward profile they offer hints of passion fruit; peach; orange blossom and thyme. Its an easy-drinking, dry, light to medium-bodied, high-acidity wine that pairs well with lighter meats; fish; tofu and sauerkraut.
