Aerstone
Aerstone, produced by William Grant & Sons Lowland distillery, has two clearly different 10-year-old single malt whiskies that have been aged in separate casks and influenced by the vastly different climate conditions in Scotland. Land Cask matures inland using Scottish highland peat creating a rich and smokey whisky, while Sea Cask matures on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland creating a smooth whisky with a hint of sea salt.
