Amarula
The African marula tree, locally named the elephant tree is a favourite fruit sweet-treat of the African bush elephants, which is the symbol of the cream liqueur. The distiller supports elephant conservation by co-funding the Amarula Elephant Research Programme at the University of Natal, Durban where research is done to enable safe-keeping and preservation of our elephant population.
