And Union is a modernist Bavarian beer started by three South African buddies in Cape Town. They just love beer and wanted to bring something special, yet traditional out. Their beers, lagers and ales, are made the old-fashioned way with only malt; hops; yeast and water and are unfiltered, which allows for a fuller, richer taste and aroma profile. They wanted to create craft beers with a sense of origin, a respect for traditions and a creative, modern twist.
