Blackwater Wines
Blackwater Wines is the project of winemaker Francois Haasbroek. After his 9 year long stint as wine maker at the acclaimed estate of Waterford he set out to create Blackwater. By sourcing quality grapes from vineyards across Western Cape, where minimal intervention takes place he produces wines with natural acidity and grape tannin, with little to no influence from oak.
