Boutari
Boutari is a company established in 1879 in Naoussa by Ioannis Boutaris. They produce wines and Ouzo which is a traditional greek aperitif made from anise / fennel. It’s been produced using the same Macedonian recipe that’s been passed down from generation to generation over the last 100 years.
