Buitenverwacthing
Buitenverwacthing is located on the east-facing slope of the Constantiaberg and was once part of the greater Constantia Estate founded by Simon van der Stel. Buitenverwachting meaning “Beyond Expectation” stands true for its success due to the 90 000 vines planted in 1825. Today a select few cultivars are planted and a maiden harvest of 100 tonnes is produced. Quality is never compromised at this internationally award winning wine farm.
