Cape Rock Wines
Cape Rock Wines is an 11-hectare farm between Vredendal and Klawer out along the West Coast of Cape Town. Their quality wines are made simply with little intervention from modern equipment or techniques. They grow 10 different varietals on the farm. All the grapes are hand picked and pressed in small batches, collecting all the run-off juice rather than squeezing the daylights out of the grapes which releases more tannins. Their wines are easy to drink and can be enjoyed young.
