Chambord
Chambord was developed by Norton “Sky” Cooper in 1982. This liqueur was inspired by a liqueur made in the late 1600’s in the Loire Valley, France.
It’s a dark liqueur made from raspberries; Madagascan vanilla and XO cognac among other ingredients. Drinks featuring Chambord are the French manhattan and French martini.
