Cointreau

Cointreau is an orange liquor invented by Edouard Cointreau in Saint-Barthélemy-d’Anjou, France, circa 1875. It’s a carefully curated blend of fresh / dry, sweet & bitter orange peels among other botanicals. The recipe and production process is top secret. It’s enjoyed neat on ice and the flavour enhancer for many cocktails.
