Colmant
Colmant is owned and run by Belgium-born, Jean-Philippe Colmant in Franschhoek. He founded Colmant Cap Classique and Champagne in 2005. Not only did he import some very distinguished champagne houses into South Africa, they also produced their own Cap Classique with wine maker Paul Gerber.
It was the first winery in South Africa dedicated only to the production of Cap Classique.
