Dalla Cia is a winery and distillery in Stellenbosch. The first Dalla Cia Grappa was produced in Italy in 1923 and over the years knowledge and technique have been passed through generations. Later, father and son, Giorgio and George Dalla Cia were passionate to continue the grappa distillation on our very own South African soil and post 1994 when grappa was legalised, production began. Authentically, grappa is enjoyed with every meal, sipped slowly as the ultimate digestif.
