Dom Perignon
Dom Perignon was founded in 1668 by Dom Pierre Pérignon, a Benedictine monk and cellar master of The Abbey of Hautvillers – the birthplace of this vintage champagne. He sought out to make “the best wine in the world” and pioneered various winemaking techniques still used today. Dom Perignon can only be made from the harvest of a single year, staying true to vintage.
