Espace Chimay
Chimay is a brewery founded inside Scourmont Abbey, in Chimay Belgium. It’s one of the thirteen breweries worldwide that produce Trappist beer (ie beer brewed by Trappist monks). Trappist beer is sold for the financial support to the monasteries and profits donated to charities in the region. The beer is bottle fermented for three weeks before being shipped and sold world-wide.
