Evan Williams is straight bourbon whiskey that’s aged for a minimum of four years and distilled in Louisville, Kentucky. The standard, widely available variety is the ‘black label’. They also have a ‘white label’ and a 7-8 year old single barrel bourbon that’s bottled in vintage bottles known as the ‘green label’.
