Glendalough is a craft spirits distillery located in Count Wicklow, Ireland. They produce gins; poitin and whisky. Their whisky is known for its craftsmanship which uses freshly foraged botanicals, unique cask finishes and innovative approaches to ageing. They take inspiration from their surrounding Irish landscape and traditions which results in quality, complex yet unique whiskies.
