Gonzalez
Gonzalez was founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria González in Jerez, Spain. The unique terroir lends it self to producing quality grapes suitable for sherry. The grapes are collected from the vine slightly later than normal, then sun dried for up to two weeks resulting in a concentration of sugars. The wines are then aged for around 30 years in cask resulting in a precious sherry.
