Minutes away from Durbanville, and only 30 minutes from Cape Town, this beautiful, modern space offers a brief respite for the weary soul, a chance to catch your breath and to soak up the beauty of the wide open spaces where vineyards meet wheat fields, and game forage peacefully nearby.
While vines were always cultivated here over the centuries, Groot Phesantekraal was known as a successful cattle, sheep and grain farm until the present fourth generation owner, Andre Brink and his wife Ronelle planted 50ha of vineyards in the late 1990s.
