Kavalan
Kavalan is a Taiwanese whisky brand that produces high quality single malt whiskies. The distillery is located in Yuanshan, Yilan County, Taiwan and was established in 2005. The whiskies mature quickly in this intensely humid climate and are purified by melted snow water from the nearby mountains. They also experiment with different types of casks and wood finished to impart unique flavours to their whiskies.
