Kilchoman was established in 2005, making it one of the newest distilleries on Islay, Scotland. It’s an independent and family owned distillery, run by the Wills. It’s located close to the sea where the ocean influences the character of the single malts. Known as the farm distillery and their commitment to “barley-to-bottle” philosophy by growing their own barley on site.
