Maredsous is a Belgian beer that’s brewed by Duvel Moortgat, a well-known brewery based in Breendonk, Belgium. The beers are brewed following strict, traditional abbey brewing methods, inspired by the Benedictine monks of Maredsous Abbey, located near he town of Dinant. In 1963 the monks of Maredsous Abbey partnered with Duval to commercialise their beers. They are known for their rich and complex flavour profiles which is achieved through the use of high-quality ingredients and traditional brewing methods. They have a Blonde (golden blonde ale), Brune (dark ale) and triple (strong golden ale).
