Alheit Hemelrand Vine Garden 2023 750ml

A white blend of 36% Chardonnay, 28% Roussanne, 28% Chenin, 17% Verdelho and 1% Muscat. The vines are situated in the Hemel & Aarde Ridge area, 360 meters above sea level. Whole bunch pressed, the grapes were wild fermented in old barrels for 2 months. Kept on the lees for 12 months, the wine is then rested for 6 months in tank before being bottled.
