Made from 100% certified organic Chenin grapes. Naturally fermented in 500 litre French and Barrels as well as 20% in amphora. Expect melon, pineapple, lime and honey aromas on the nose. Dense on the palate with gooseberry, quince and peach flavours as well as a great minerality.
