Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2021 750ml

Reserve status is only granted when the grapes and resulting wine meet exceptional standards. Hand-selected grapes from older, low-yielding vines are used. Fermentation occurs with a selected yeast strain under controlled temperatures, with manual plunging to ensure optimal color extraction. After seven days, the tanks are sealed for an additional maceration period of 10-14 days. The wine is then pressed and transferred to barrels for natural secondary fermentation. After a year in barrel, the individual batches are blended to create the final wine, which is then returned to barrels for another year. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and matured in the bottle for one year before release.
