Luddite Saboteur Red 750ml

The blend for the latest vintage has a larger portion of Cabernet Sauvignon than ever before. The blend comprises of 54% Shiraz, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Mourvédre. On the nose, all spice and brewing dark fruit aromas. A warm fuzzy feel which draws you in. Dark juicy fruits on entry with broad spicy cherries and dark fruit mid palate and hints of cassis and dry, well balanced soft tannins on the finish. During the blending process, great care was taken to follow the house style of Saboteur, which is increasingly building up to a huge following, ie: bold fruit, good spice and soft tannins.
