Tembela Syrah 2023 750ml

Seventy percent of the grapes are sourced from the Karibib property in Polkadraai Hills, with the remaining thirty percent from Langverwagt on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. The wine undergoes 40% whole-bunch fermentation with stems added back, and is matured for 13 months in old 225- and 500-litre barrels. On the nose, it reveals raspberry, red cherry, and white pepper, along with a hint of smoky reduction. The palate displays pure fruit, bright acidity, and powdery tannins, maintaining its characteristic clean and precise profile.
