A Cinsault made from Darling grapes. The vines are 41 year old dry farmed bush vines grown on decomposed granite soils. Fermented spontaneously using 50% whole clusters, then basket pressed into a Foudre and aged for 10 months. 93% Cinsault and 8% Syrah. A very accessible wine right now buy will be even better in the next 10 years.
