Sweet Rose
Sweet rose is made through a similar process to dry rose with brief skin contact to the grapes, but the fermentation is halted before all the grapes sugars are converted into alcohol. This leaves residual sweetness in the wine with a balanced acidity. Sweet rose is a vibrant pink to dark rose colour with flavours of berries. An enjoyable choice for those who like wine on the sweeter side and pairs well with desserts.
