Viognier is a bold, rich, aromatic white wine originating from southern France, also grown in South Africa. A full-bodied, complex wine enjoyed for its flavours of peach; apricot; honeysuckle and citrus. Oak-aged Viognier lends more to a rich, creamy palate with hints of vanilla. Pairs well with cheese fondue; baked brie with apricots; salmon and pork chops.
