“Méthode Cap Classique” or MCC is a type of luxury sparkling wine made in South Africa using the traditional Champagne method where the secondary fermentation process takes place in the bottle. Produced for its complexity, fine elegant bubbles, and exceptional quality often rivaling Champagne in quality and taste. Celebrated for its light, crispy refreshing flavours ranging from sweet to dry.
