Gruner Veltliner
Gruner Veltliner originated in Austria and is widely grown in Hungary; Slovakia; New Zealand and South Africa. Its become a popular wine for those that lean towards Sauvignon Blanc due to its zesty lemon / lime profile with hints of grapefruit; apricot and white pepper. A light to medium-bodied wine with a clean profile that pairs well with light appetizers; fresh salads and Vietnamese or Chinese dishes.
