Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc is a robust grape that grows in a range of environments which influences its taste profile. Cooler climates produce more tart, red fruit notes compared to the fuller-bodied dried fruits of warmer regions and aromatic herbs being prominent with all Cab Francs. They are high-acidic, dry wines that are medium to full-bodied and pairs well with herb forward dishes; eggplant parmigiana; goat’s cheese and tomato based dishes.
