White Wine

White wine served chilled is a refreshing choice of drink. Its made from green or yellow grapes where the skins are removed before fermentation. It varies in taste from crisp and light with notes of citrus and green apple to rich and complex, featuring tropical fruit and floral flavours. White wine pairs well with seafood; poultry; light pastas; cheese; salad as well as Asian and Mediterranean cuisines, even offsetting the heat of spicy foods in Indian or Mexican dishes.
