Sherry

Sherry is produced in Spain through a unique aging process where younger wines are blended with older ones. With an appearance ranging from pale & clear to dark & opaque, they are enjoyed for their wide range of flavours and styles from dry & crisp to sweet & rich. Dry sherries are often served chilled as a refreshing aperitif or paired with tapas; seafood and nuts, while sweet sherries are served as dessert wines paired with chocolates; ice-cream or tarts.
