Vermentino
Vermentino is a white grape variety primarily grown in Sardinia Italy; Corsica and Provence France. It’s a bright, crisp wine with flavours of grapefruit; lime; apple and daffodil complemented by the aromas of white peach and pear.
A light-bodied, medium to high-acidity wine that pairs well with salmon; octopus; ricotta or goats cheese and creamy vegetable dishes.
