Cape Blends are native to our Cape Winelands. Pinotage, South Africa’s national grape is used as the base of the blend, complimented by the winemakers choice of adding Cabernet Sauvignon; Merlot; Shiraz or Syrah and traditionally aged in French oak barrels. A full-bodied wine with flavours of dark berries and herbal or earthy notes it pairs well with Cape Malay curries; wild game; slow cooked stews or chocolate desserts.
