Colombard
Colombard is a French white wine grape variety from the region of Charentes. Also grown in Bordeaux; California; Australia and South Africa. Most often used in blends but can be found as a classic cultivar showcasing its neutral flavour representing peach; bitter almond or sweet melon. Enjoyed for its crisp refreshing character which pairs well with sushi; ceviche, cheddar or gruyere cheese and light vegetable dishes.
