Semillon
Semillon, France’s 4th most important wine. Loved for its round, full-bodied character with a smooth, almost waxy texture. It can develop into complex aromas with age, with notes of lanolin and beeswax. Pairs well with bold aromatic Indian dishes; sushi; gruyere and cheddar cheese and fresh salads with citrusy dressings.
