Ports

Port originates from the Douro Valley in Portugal. It's made by adding brandy to stop the fermentation process of wine to preserve the natural sweetness of the grapes. Characterised by its deep ruby to brown hue, they are complex in flavours like dark fruits; spices; nuts or caramel. Ports are sweet; rich and robust, enjoyed as dessert wines or after-dinner drinks often paired with cheese; nuts or chocolates.
