Nebbiolo

Nebbiolo, although ruby translucent (think Pinot) with a delicate aroma, it's a deceptively dry, full-bodied wine that's bold and complex. Young Nebbiolo boasts more fruity flavours of berries and citrus, and aged brings out roses and truffles. Pair Nebbiolo with more fatty meats; creamy cheeses and buttery, rich pastas that will absorb the tannins.
