AA Badenhorst Kelder Steen / Chenin Blanc 2022 750ml

This vineyard was planted in 1966 on decomposed granite soils right next to the cellar. The vineyard only yields 1400L of juice per year. Whole bunch pressed then fermented for a few months in an old 1200L foudre. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. The wine has a great minerality to it due to the long fermentation process. Expect granadilla and apricot flavours.
