AA Badenhorst Klip Klop Steen / Chenin Blanc 2022 750ml

This vineyard was planted in 1966 on rough granite soils. A small block only producing around a 1200L of juice. The grape parcels are pressed without destemming. The juice is fermented in a very old 1200L foudre for a couple of months. Bottled without any fining or filtration. Due to the long fermentation time, this wine has a wonderful minerality to it.
