AA Badenhorst Ringmuur Cinsault 2022 750ml

This tiny single block vineyard of Cinsault was planted in 1963 on decomposed granite soils and produced only 950kg of grapes. Whole bunch carbonic fermented in a small sealed tank for 20 days. Then transferred to a 600L vat. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, directly from the lees after 11 months in cask.

This is the fourth bottling of this wine and only 1240 bottles were produced.
