Alheit Nautical Dawn 2022 750ml

A single origin Chenin from the False Bay in Stellenbosch. The vines were planted on Granite soils in 1978 and are dry farmed. Wild fermentation took place in 2000 litre Foudre’s and some old barrels for about 2 months. Kept on the lees for 12 months, the wine is then rested for 6 more months before being bottled.

4704 bottles of this vintage were produced.
