Angus Paul Transient Lands Pinotage 750ml

A 2021 vintage that uses the blend from 3 farmed Pinotage blocks; one from the granitic Polkadraai Hills, making up 10% of the blend; another from a 50 year old vine block on the Helderberg, making up 45% of the blend; lastly, grapes sourced from the Stanford Foothills, making up 45% of the blend.

This vintage shows a fine balance of delicacy and power. Showcasing a slightly cracked pepper character supported by dark red fruits; cherries, cranberry and crushed strawberries. Equally fruit forward on the palate but complemented by the cracked pepper character with a slight reduction and firm structure.
