Bunnahabhain Staoisha 2013 Very Cloudy 750ml

A limited release from Bunnahabhain distillery, bottled by Signatory independent bottlers, is heavily peated and often referred to as Staoisha, which is one of the distillery’s water sources used for peated production. The name is from the fact that the whiskies are non-chilled but bottled below 46%, resulting in the whisky turning cloudy / hazy when the temperature is slightly lowered.

Fresh grass and smoky aromas on the nose with an elegant palate, revealing botanicals and citrus fruit along an overly smoky character. A long and dry finish with maritime and salted notes.
