A naturally fermented Chardonnay made from grapes sourced from the Hemel-en-Aarde and Overberg regions. Aged and fermented in 228 and 500-litre French oak barrels (10% new) for 9 months. Expect white peach, papaya, jasmine and lemongrass aromas on the nose. On the palate expect flavours of butterscotch and lemon curd. Drinking great now but can aged to 2028 and possibly longer.
