Dunvilles PX 10 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey 750ml

A 10 year old single malt whiskey that is finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Aromas of apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds open to fresh green cooking apples, before warming to apple tatin, lightly spiced caramel creme and a dark fruit compote. Fresh fruit flavours on the palate with raisins, figs and stewed date stemming from the PX sherry cask influence. A clean malt finish, mixed with vanilla panna cotta, dried fruits, oak spice and a lingering of PX sherry.
