The lightest aroma of phenol drifts over the nose. A beautiful textured palate with a mix of light ulmo honey and mocha flavours. A long, slightly fruity finish, with a balance of stone fruit and cherry influence that lingers before giving way to a rich mocha and a kiss of smoke.
